SNAP FITNESS® 2026 Grande Prairie north Membership SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING A PRIZE.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

ELIGIBILITY: The Snap Fitness 2026 Grande Prairie North Membership Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal Canadian residents (excluding residents of Quebec) who are at least 18 years of age or older as of the time of entry.  Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, Sponsor’s franchisees, and their respective affiliated companies, parents and subsidiaries, and the advertising and promotion agencies of each (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and their immediate families (defined as spouse, mother, father, sisters, brothers, sons and daughters, regardless of where they reside) and members of their households (whether related or not) are ineligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.  Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules, including the Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.  Each Sweepstakes entrant is referred to herein as a “Participant” or “you.”  All Participants must have reached the age of 18 in his/her province or territory of residence and meet all qualifications outlined in these Official Rules.

HOW TO ENTER SWEEPSTAKES:  There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes during the Entry Period: (1) Participants may enter by completing and submitting all required information (including, but not limited to, first name, last name, email address, and phone number) under the “Interested in Becoming a Member?” header at: https://fit-monday.news/ca/gyms/grande-prairie-north%3C/a%3E during the Entry Period or (2) Participants may enter without making any purchase or payment of any kind by mailing a 3” x 5” postcard with your name, mailing address, email address (if you have one) and phone number to 2411 Galpin Court, Suite 110, Chanhassen, MN 55317, Attn:  Marketing/2026 Grande Prairie North Membership Sweepstakes.  All entries must be received by September 1, 2026.  The Entry Period begins at 8:00 AM MT on August 10, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM MT on September 1, 2026 (the “Entry Deadline”). Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for the Sweepstakes. All entries must meet the standards set out in these Official Rules.  Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries or entries submitted by automated means may be disqualified. Incomplete or illegible entries will be void. All eligible entries, regardless of method of entry, will receive an equal chance of winning.

RANDOM DRAWING: Sponsor will conduct a random drawing on or after September 2, 2026, from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. One (1) potential winner will be selected at random.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): One winner will receive the prize noted below.  Any prize details not specified below will be determined by the Sponsor in its reasonable discretion.  The prize is not transferable and must be accepted as awarded.  No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.  Winner is responsible for any costs or expenses associated with accepting or using the prize that are not expressly included as part of the prize.

Prize: One (1) Twelve-Month Home Club Membership to the Snap Fitness Grande Prairie North Club (CAD $660.00 ARV) located at: Prairie Ridge Center, 12401 99 Street, Grande Prairie Alberta T8V 6Y5

Acceptance and use of the prize are subject to all applicable club membership agreements, policies, rules and conditions in effect at the time the prize is awarded.

Before being declared the confirmed winner, the selected entrant must:

• correctly answer, without mechanical or other assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by or on behalf of the Sponsor;

• be confirmed as eligible in accordance with these Official Rules; and

• if requested by the Sponsor, execute and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where permitted by law, a Publicity Release within the time specified by the Sponsor.

If the selected entrant fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, is found to be ineligible, fails to return any required documentation within the required time, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the selected entrant will forfeit the prize and the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate eligible entrant by random draw.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of the selected entrant before awarding the prize.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential winner will be notified by email, telephone, or other contact information provided at entry, in Sponsor’s discretion. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seventy-two (72) hours of Sponsor’s first notification attempt, fails to correctly answer the required mathematical skill-testing question, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification procedures in connection with the selection of an alternate winner, if necessary.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Each entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes permission (where permitted by applicable law) to use each winner's name, prize information, hometown and likeness for promotional and publicity purposes without further compensation. Winning any prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules.

GENERAL: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, illegible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified; for technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, electronic malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software; any failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or any combination thereof; or for any error, human, technical or otherwise; or any injury or damage to Participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from entering, participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with, this Sweepstakes.  Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, a computer virus, bug, or other cause beyond the control of Sponsor.  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds tampering with the operation or entry process of the Sweepstakes or acting in violation of these Official Rules or applicable law. Entries submitted after the Entry Deadline will not be accepted.

The Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes without liability and without prior notice if any factor interferes with its operation as contemplated by these Official Rules, including but not limited to any fraud, virus or other technical problem which corrupts the administration, security, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.  CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant who is suspected of tampering with the entry or selection process.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, Participants agree: (a) to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be binding and final in all respects; (b) to release Sponsor and its affiliates from all liability, loss or damage arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or in connection with the awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law; (c) to permit the Sponsor to contact them for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes; and (d) any consent to receive future marketing or promotional communications is voluntary and, where required by law, will be requested separately from entry into the Sweepstakes.

Except in cases of death or personal injury caused directly by the intentional misconduct or gross negligence of the Sweepstakes Entities, the Sweepstakes Entities shall have no liability and shall be released and held harmless by Participants for injuries, losses or damages arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Except where prohibited by applicable law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles. If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Sponsor will collect, use and disclose Participants' personal information for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and awarding the prize in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
